Before every resume goes in front of the owner, the candidate’s code, links and work explanations have been reviewed by an off-site technologist.
Our screening process goes way beyond looking at a resume and assessing soft skills. We consider ourselves an extension of our client; therefore, the screening process is what sets us apart!

We try to stay ahead of the technological curve as well. We constantly try to recommend technical methods for our clients to create ease within the interviewing process. Efficiency is the word!
